World Mental Health Day 202110 Oct

This year, World Mental Health Day highlights mental health in an unequal world.
With mental health services remaining unequal and up to 95% of people with mental disorders in low and middle-income countries unable to access mental health services; the World Federation for Mental Health wants to help raise awareness and share how the lack of investment in mental health treatment affects this.
Stigma and discrimination against those struggling with mental health affects educational opportunities, job prospects, families and more.
The COVID 19 pandemic highlighted the effects of inequality on health outcomes and no nation, however rich, has been fully prepared for this. The pandemic has and will continue to affect people, of all ages, in many ways: through infection and illness; through the economic impact, with job losses and continued job insecurity; and with the physical distancing that can lead to social isolation.
We want to help build a bridge through this, by encouraging people to take some time to enjoy our facilities and find outlets to their mental health with a free 7-Day-Pass, this is the perfect way to get away from daily struggles and spend some time alone, or bring along a friend with you.
