5 Classes You Need To Try!

We all have classes that we love to go to but, with the huge mix on offer at Brio, such as HIIT workouts, Pilates, aqua aerobics types and much more, why not try something different?

 

At Brio, we love the social side of fitness and nothing screams social more than a fitness class! Here are a few you’ve may not have thought of trying:

Brio Cycle:

A common misconception is that spin is a class for the super fit. Yes, it’s challenging but it is a class for everyone. The spin bikes use resistance levels to mimic a road racing bike, allowing for various riding styles during workouts.

The teacher may ask you to increase or decrease the difficulty (using resistance) however, if you find it hard, just go at your own speed and stay within your limits! You can burn a lot of energy in a 45-minute class, so you truly get a great workout.

Our top tip: Turn up a little earlier so you can adjust the bike to suit you. Ask the instructor if you need help with this, and they will be happy to assist.

Pure Stretch:

Pilates focuses on strengthening and stretching the core muscles, improving balance, flexibility, and posture. A gentle workout for all fitness levels that tones the body and reduces the risk of injuries. Great for those seeking a low intensity workout and a full body exercise.

Metafit:

A high intensity interval training (HIIT) class that challenges participants to push their limits. This quick workout burns calories even after completing it!

The best bit about this class? The workout only last about 30 minutes, so you’re in and out in no time!

Clubbercise:

A dance workout set to 90’s hits and music anthems, adding a fun twist to traditional aerobic exercise. Dancing with glow sticks not only makes the workout enjoyable but also enhances coordination, rhythm, and increases your heart rate!

Brio Box:

Enjoy a challenge?

A full-body workout that includes boxing techniques like skipping and pad work. This class offers a challenging and effective way to improve strength, agility, and coordination. A great option for those looking to add variety to their fitness routine and boost overall fitness levels.
