General Membership Terms
These are the terms and conditions of all memberships. The Member is advised to read the whole of this agreement carefully. This agreement is made between Brio Leisure and you (The Member). You can view the full document here.
Offer Specific Terms
October Offer – 2024
Offer valid to new members, returning members (who have NOT cancelled in the last calendar month) can re-join on the offer when signing up to a Direct Debit monthly or annual membership.
Existing members can upgrade their current DD membership or move onto an annual subscription as part of this offer. However, existing DD members cannot downgrade their membership to take out a lower grade annual deal.
The included monthly Direct Debit subscription types: Brio Premier, Brio Premier Concession, Brio Standard, Brio WorkFit (initial 6-month contract applies).
The three months within the DD offer will be October, November and December 2024.
All annual subscriptions can be purchased within the 10% OFF offer. Junior memberships are excluded from DD, however are available within the 10% OFF annual subscription deal.
The offer is available to purchase between 1st and 31st October 2024 only, subject to availability.
All memberships can be purchased either in centre or online at https://brio.gladstonego.cloud/site-finder.
Depending on the date that you join, you will be charged an initial proportional fee for October.
If joining before 16 October, you will be charged a proportional fee for October, followed by the monthly Direct Debit of £25 in November, and the monthly Direct Debit of £25 in December.
If joining after the 17 October, you will be charged a proportional fee for October PLUS the full £25 fee for November, followed by the monthly Direct Debit of £25 in December.
The regular price of the membership type you choose upon joining will continue after the promotional period and be taken on or around the 1 January 2025. For example, if an adult member chooses a Premier membership, £35 will be taken every month by Direct Debit from 1 January 2025.
We are sure you will love our wide range of facilities as well as feeling the health and wellbeing benefits of our memberships. However, should you wish to cancel, this is possible within the normal membership cancellation policy requiring at least one month’s payment notice, with Workfit memberships requiring a six-month initial commitment period, plus one month’s payment notice. Should you choose to cancel this promotional membership, you will be unable to re-join on the same promotion.
This offer is non-refundable, non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Switch & Save – May 2024
The annual membership switch offer is available from 2nd May until 30th June 2024 to all current monthly Direct Debit members, current frozen members and those members who have expired in the last 12 months.

Brio Junior Aged 12 – 17 incl. AnnualIf you switch to annual membership your May or June 2024 Direct Debit will be your final monthly payment and you will pay for 12 months membership upfront.
Your annual term period will start from 1st June or 1st July 2024 and your membership will run for the full 12-calendar month period.
The fee for the 12 months membership will include three months free membership.Upon expiry of the 12 months, members will be invited to renew their membership, at which they can opt to take out another annual membership at the regular full price, opt to change to a monthly Direct Debit membership, or alternatively choose not to renew. We will contact you in writing at an appropriate time towards the end of annual period to remind you of this.
If you are a current monthly Direct Debit or Frozen member, you will need to complete a membership upgrade application form before we can switch you to annual membership. This can be done in centre only, not online. Payment is accepted in centre only, not online. For junior members, an adult aged 18 years or over will need to complete the upgrade form. It is the responsibility of the member to instruct his/her bank in writing to cancel their monthly Direct Debit.
If you are a previous member, who has lapsed membership in the last 12 months (May 2023), you will need to complete a new membership application form. This can be done in centre only, not online.
Annual memberships are a 12-month fixed term contract and are non-refundable and non-transferable.
