National Fitness Day 2020!16 Sep

National Fitness Day is on the 23rd September this year, so we’ve worked hard to put together a whole suite of free activities to help get the community active!
National Fitness Day is a chance to highlight the role physical activity plays across the UK, helping us raise awareness of its importance in helping us lead healthier and active lifestyles. Physical fitness is now more important than ever, so we’re proud to be getting involved with this national initiative.
We want to see you all get involved too – let us know on social media what fitness means to you using the hashtag #fitness2me, and together we can let everyone know how much we value being active!
So, what are we doing on the day? We’ve got classes and other sessions running throughout the day, so read on to find out. Not sure what a class involves? Take a look at our full class list.
Most of our centres will be running 10@10 sessions online throughout the day too – find them on Facebook to join in with these short bursts of activity.
If you want to find out more about any of these sessions, just contact the relevant centre.
To book onto any of these sessions, you just need to claim a FREE 7-day pass for Brio Leisure using the code NFD2020. Once you’ve got that, not only can you book onto any of these sessions on National Fitness Day, but you can work out with us for a full week, using our gyms, pools and fitness classes!
