Knowing that you can help prevent an illness or condition before getting it is one of the main benefits of exercise! Keeping active is fantastic for helping to protect you from many conditions and can help you live a healthier lifestyle.
Just 30 minutes of daily exercise coupled with a healthy diet can help prevent Type 2 Diabetes by controlling your weight and your blood sugar levels.
