We understand that it’s going to take some time getting back to normal! We are working towards offering you the same number of fitness classes, gym and swim sessions as before lockdown.
Coming back to our centres and not knowing what it’s like can be scary and we want you to feel as safe and secure as possible! Chris, a fitness class lover, decided to get back into her favourite fitness classes and loved every moment!
She said she had ‘seen loads of people [she] used to see’ and that working out alongside familiar faces at a distance was like meeting up with friends again! In our fitness classes, you will have your own space to work out in. We’ve set these spaces up to keep you safely distanced from everyone else in the classes, and to have enough room to move and workout in.
With our one-way systems throughout all centres, you will have a safe and secure way in and out; it’s a great way to see some friends and workout together like before without having to worry about whether you’re socially distanced as we do that for you!
You can book your fitness classes here, or you can download the app for both IOS and Android devices and book all sessions there! Please remember that you will need to bring your own mat to classes like Pilates and Yoga; other fitness classes that require weights and bars will provide the equipment, this is cleaned before and after every class for your safety.
