Does your job involve sitting all day, whether that’s at a desk or in a vehicle? Or do you spend your day stood up, walking around and lifting heavy items? Whatever you work as it’s very possible that back pain has been a problem at some point during your career. Back pain is the most common cause of sick days, and with so many jobs having an impact on our bodies, it’s important we look after them.
