mindfulness programme
Mindfulness supports people to reconnect with themselves both physically and emotionally; broadening their existing awareness and supporting them to live in the here and now.
Research suggests that mindfulness can improve mood, decrease anxiety, and enhance focus, among other mental and physical benefits.

pulmonary rehabilitation programme
The 6-week programme is designed to support patients with chronic respiratory conditions. Speak to your GP for a referral into the Pulmonary Rehabilitation programme in your area.

menopause cafes
We've partnered with Motherwell Cheshire to bring Menopause Cafés to Brio Ellesmere Port and Brio Northwich. Join us for open conversations about everything from sleep and relationships to exercise and brain fog.
Sharing experiences helps you realize you're not alone. Men are also welcome to learn how to support their partners. Follow the Cheshire Menopause Café Facebook page for details.

neurofit programme
The Neurofit Programme, a partnership between the Neuro Therapy Centre, Brio, Greenbank Sports Academy, and The Walton Centre, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of individuals with long-term neurological conditions. We strive to create safe, inclusive, and accessible fitness environments.

What is Brio Wellbeing?
Brio Wellbeing is a health improvement service that helps people across Cheshire West and Chester to make positive changes to their health and wellbeing.
What wellbeing services do brio provide?
Brio Wellbeing offers a range of services, including smoking cessation support, weight management programs, guidance on safe exercise, and fall prevention strategies.
What accessible features do your facilities include?
All Brio Leisure facilities are accessible by wheelchair, with lifts to first-floor amenities where appropriate. All of our sites also include accessible toilets and changing rooms.
We have pool hoists available at all of our swimming pools, and the staff are happy to assist with support and access where required. Simply let a member of the team know if you need any assistance when you arrive.
Most sites have disabled parking bays and dropped curbs or ramps along with sliding doors. If you find any of our facilities difficult to access for any reason, please speak to any member of the Brio Leisure team about how we can make your visit to our centres more suitable for your needs.
