Your new gyms – #NorthwichMC & #EPSportsVillage19 Mar

By now you’ve probably had a look at our new centres page, and you may be curious to know what equipment will be going into the gyms at Northwich Memorial Court & Ellesmere Port Sports Village.

If you’ve visited the Northgate Arena gym recently then you’ll have seen our fantastic Life Fitness Synrgy 360XL group training kit. It’s like a playground for fitness fanatics – this all in one unit contains a multitude of stations, including monkey bars, chin up bars, boxing bag, step, dip handle and more. There are also 2 TRX stations, which leverage gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises! You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise, you just adjust your body position to increase or decrease resistance!

The Synrgy 360XL brings fantastic fitness results but not only that, we blend it together with some pumping music, the ambience of disco lights and a motivating instructor to spur you on and you’ve got a fantastic group exercise experience that works your whole body in just half an hour! We’re really excited and can’t wait to welcome you to the Synrgy classes at Northwich Memorial Court and Ellesmere Port Sports Village. We’ve taken both gym areas and zoned them so there’s a space for easy-to-use equipment, a space for intermediate users, and an elite training space! The list below gives you an idea of the equipment that will be going into each gym, alongside the Synergy 360XL:

Our qualified gym staff will be there every step of the way to make sure you’re motivated, making progress, and getting the most out of your workouts.
