What are your Star Sign workouts?

We’ve decided to have a bit of fun as September starts and we get back to school, university and life starts again! We’ve taken our fitness classes and paired them up with each star sign, find out which workouts you should be doing – it’s a great way to try out new classes that you’ve never thought of before!


(March 20th – April 19th)

Aries don’t like to be weighed down and love throwing themselves into things! We thought these were the perfect classes for high energy: HIITSTEP pairing cardio with party and Aqua Cycle which takes your usual spin class to the pool!


(April 19th – May 20th)

Taurus love routine and consistency, we thought that BODYCOMBAT and BODYATTACK would be perfect with learning the workout routine as well as Aqua Fit which throws the normal workout into the pool!


(May 20th – June 21st)

Gemini’s are known for being chatty and the life of the party; what better way to bring it into fitness with Clubbercise and Zumba! Bring in the energy and party to your fitness classes with friends.


(June 21 – July 22)

Cancer is very self aware and prefers something calm, with Yoga and Tai Chi you could try out a new balance in life!


(July 22 – Aug 22)

Be bold and confident in Zumba and BODYPUMP, bring your Leo energy to these fun but testing fitness classes!


(Aug 22 – Sep 22)

If you’re introverted it can be hard to head out to a fitness class, trying something like Pilates or Brio Burn could get you into the fitness class feeling! Using familiar techniques but testing you more than a normal workout!


(Sep 22 – Oct 23)

With conflicting extrovert and introvert feelings it can be hard to find your perfect fitness class! Give Brio Cycle or Brio Kettlebells a go, it can not only help you meet new people but gives you time to focus on yourself and your personal workout.


(Oct 23 – Nov 22)

Scorpio’s are known for being popular, truthful and complicated – simplify your workouts with BODYATTACK or Brio Burn, both offer simple but effective fitness!


(Nov 22 – Dec 21)

You’re fearless and lead by feelings – what better way to workout than with BODYPUMP, Brio Core and Aqua Cycle! Fantastic fitness classes that offer fearless workouts for you to enjoy.


(Dec 21 – Jan 20)

Test your competitiveness in HIIT, BODYCOMBAT and Aqua Fit – these classes are the perfect way to test your body and get your fitness on!


(Jan 20 – Feb 18)

Finding your fit in larger groups of people, try out fitness classes like Yoga, Pilates and Clubbercise that thrive off the vibe around you! This is the perfect way to meet new people while also finding a fitness class for you.


(Feb 18 – March 20)

With your dreamy nature, Yoga and Brio Cycle offer a way for you to focus on yourself and your fitness journey!
