Ride your way with MyRide!6 Apr

As we gear up for the re-opening of Neston Recreation Centre, we want to shout about one of the exclusive new classes on the timetable – MyRide Spin!

MyRide is your personal Spin class that you can take whenever you want. Designed to supplement our instructor-led classes, MyRide lets you take up a virtual Spin class at times when the normal classes aren’t running. This immersive experience will have you spinning in a variety of locations with some top instructors!

Why MyRide?

The main draw of MyRide is the flexibility of it – if you just want to stick to your normal Spin classes then that’s not a problem. You’ll find regular Spin classes on the timetable, complete with your favourite instructors. However, if you’re unable to make those classes then we’ve got you covered! We’ll have scheduled Virtual Spin classes throughout the week, where the on-screen instructor will guide you along a route and have you doing hill climbs, sprints and all your other favourite exercises (just kidding, we know nobody likes hill climbs).

The MyRide bikes will be available throughout the day too though, so if you and your mates fancy a Spin class then just chat to a member of the team and we’ll get you set up on a personal Virtual Spin!
