Working from home and in walking distance from the fridge can increase how much we snack! As well as filling up any time with eating if we have nothing else to do.
Here are some of our top snacks that are not only healthy but super tasty too!
- Mixed nuts:
These are a lovely snack for you to enjoy whenever! Filled with a balance of healthy fats, proteins and fibre, it’s a great snack to grab.
- Red pepper and dips:
Red pepper is packed with antioxidants, pair with a fun dip such as guacamole, hummus or something else to make it enjoyable.
- Apple and peanut butter
Apples are high in both fibre and antioxidants, with the peanut butter it’ll add an extra something to your snack!
- Dark chocolate and almonds
Enjoy a sweet treat with almonds; almonds are full of healthy fats, and so much more!
