We all have our classes that we love to go to; but why not try something different!

At Brio, we love the social side of fitness and nothing screams social more than fitness classes! Here are a few you’ve may not thought of trying:

For those of you who can’t get enough of Brio Cycle class – these will be something you do not want to miss!

Vibe Cycle is a fun upbeat class designed around the beat of the music, perfect for those that love a dance class too. If you don’t like the idea of that there is always the Virtual Cycle! This is just you and a screen, enjoy this time to yourself as you cycle – or Coach by Colours testing your personal progress with colours! This class is fun and suitable for anyone of any ability. You’ll be working out in different coloured zones that reflect the energy you’re putting into the class.
