3 Winter Warming Workouts for you!

Feeling the chill? We’ve got you.

As you may have noticed, the weather has recently gone from being “quite nice for October”, to “omg I can’t even!”.

Whether your home is feeling a bit cold at the moment, or your workplace is a frozen tundra, it can be horrible when you’re constantly cold. Luckily, the solution is not only going to warm you up but improve your health too. Yes, that’s right: exercise is the key!

Yes, that gym session or fitness class is not only going to keep you fit, but it’ll raise your body temperature too, taking the chill off a cold morning at work. There are loads of ways to get fit with us so we’ve picked out a few specific workouts that’ll make sure you’re not quite as cold this winter:

Metafit

Metafit, or any other high-intensity workout such as Synrgy, is going to do wonders for your body temperature. You’re working out so hard in that short space of time that even after you’ve showered and sat down, you’ll still be feeling the burn!

Swimming

With swimming, not only do you get the benefit of being in the warm pool environment but as an exercise it uses practically every muscle in your body, ensuring your entire body stays warm long after you’ve dried off and got dressed.

Squash

Squash is incredibly good exercise due to its fast, intense pace, and the competitive nature of the game only pushed players to try harder. Grab a friend and book a squash court for a workout that’ll leave you both feeling warm (and tired) for a good while after you’ve finished.

So, these are our top 3 winter warming workouts! If you’ve got any of your own you’d like to share, leave them in the comments below!
