Aqua Fit is a water aerobics session in the shallow end of the swimming pool that is suitable for both swimmers and non swimmers. Aqua Jog is a similar style class in the deep end of the swimming pool suitable for competent swimmers looking for more of a challenge. Both of these classes help you to maintain and improve your general fitness. The resistance of the water helps to sculpt and tone your muscles, and participants can work at their own level by increasing or decreasing the amount of effort and using resistive equipment.

Aqua Zumba
Known as the Zumba pool party, Aqua Zumba classes help you to really burn calories and lose weight in the pool. Aqua Zumba incorporates all the fun of Zumbas high intensity dance movements with the gentle support of the water.
