Athletics offers a range of disciplines in which you can train to improve your fitness. This could be a combination of:
Running – sprints, middle and long-distance, hurdles and steeplechase
Jumping – high jump, long jump, triple jump
Throwing – javelin, discus, shot put, hammer throw
So whether you can run fast, jump high or throw far, Brio Fitness has the facilities to help athletes of all abilities to improve their form.
Ellesmere Port Sports Village has a well maintained, high-quality athletics track open for casual use and training.
