about me:

Hi I’m Helen, PT, Gym and Fitness Instructor at Brio NMC.  I am a keen runner and a run leader at my local running club, Tattenhall Runners.  I love the outdoors and the benefits being outdoors has on your mental wellbeing. 

I retrained as a PT and Fitness Instructor after a career in marketing and business development in the corporate world.

I am passionate about physical and mental wellbeing and love supporting and encouraging clients on their own personal fitness journeys, whether it be to improve their overall physical fitness, how to make changes to lead a sustainable healthy lifestyle or whether they are working towards a specific goal such as weight loss, improving functional fitness, cardio vascular improvements or making strength gains.  

I work with clients to develop personalised fitness plans for them and am on hand to encourage and motivate clients to achieve their own fitness goals.
