HIIT Step at our centres across West Cheshire and Chester is an energising, full-body workout that gets you moving to the beat. Using a raised 'step' platform, you’ll follow simple step patterns with short bursts of high-intensity effort. It's a fun, and low-impact way to get you moving and improve your cardio fitness!
