FAQ 1: Why is the online booking and joining system unavailable?
The booking and joining system will be temporarily unavailable from April 3rd to April 10th due to an upgrade. This will include in-centre, on our website and on the app. This upgrade is aimed at making our booking system much faster and easier to use. We are also excited to announce the return of the check-in kiosks at four different Brio sites as part of this upgrade. These include Northgate Arena, Northwich Memorial Court, Winsford Lifestyle Centre and Ellesmere Port Sports Village.
FAQ 2: How will I book classes, swimming & other activities or buy a membership during the system upgrade?
During the offline period, you won’t be able to book a class, a swim or purchase a membership. However, we’re happy to announce that from 28th March, we will be extending our booking window to 14 days! This will give you plenty of time to book your classes throughout the offline period and beyond. However, you can still attend classes and use the gym, as well as all other services as usual.

FAQ 3: Will I still be able to attend my regular classes, go swimming and access the gym?
Yes, all our facilities, including gyms, pools and classes, will operate as usual during the system upgrade period. If you’re a member or you pay as you go, you’re welcome to attend a class you’ve already booked, access the gym and use the swimming pools without any changes to their availability. The offline period will simply not let you book activities in advance.
FAQ 4: Are there any changes to the cafe operations?
No, there are no changes to the cafe operations. Our cafes will continue to operate as normal during this time.
FAQ 5: What improvements can I expect from the upgraded booking system?
The upgraded booking and joining system will offer a more user-friendly experience, allowing for faster and easier bookings and checkouts. Additionally, the reintroduction of check-in kiosks at five Brio sites will help you avoid the queues at receptions, making it more convenient for you to access our facilities.
