If you’ve visited the Northgate Arena gym recently then you’ll have seen our fantastic Life Fitness Synrgy 360XL group training kit. It’s like a playground for fitness fanatics - this all in one unit contains a multitude of stations, including monkey bars, chin up bars, boxing bag, step, dip handle and more. There are also 2 TRX stations, which leverage gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises! You’re in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise, you just adjust your body position to increase or decrease resistance! The Synrgy 360XL brings fantastic fitness results but not only that, we blend it together with some pumping music, the ambience of disco lights and a motivating instructor to spur you on and you've got a fantastic group exercise experience that works your whole body in just half an hour! We're really excited and can't wait to welcome you to the Synrgy classes at Northwich Memorial Court and Ellesmere Port Sports Village.
