New mums can get fit with their local Brio centre!

You may not know this, but we now run Buggy Burn & Firm sessions from several of our centres, perfect for new mums looking for a way to exercise and socialise without having to worry about childcare!

Enjoy long walks through local parks with a range of cardio and strength building exercises, including traditional push ups, squats, boxing, baby lifts and more! These sessions are the perfect way for new mums to ease back into fitness without needing to find a baby sitter, and they’re great for keeping social with friends too! We’ve listed all the different sessions we have on at our centres with all the need-to-know details, so you can join the next one! Just give the centre a call if you’d like to find out more.
