This last year has been tough on everyone, so we’re focusing on mental health in March!
With this last lockdown leaving us longing to get out and get active again, it’s no wonder that many of us aren’t quite feeling ourselves at the minute. Your mental wellbeing is just as important as your physical health, and they go hand-in-hand so improving one can often lead to improvements in the other!
Keep an eye on our Facebook and Twiter pages throughout March as we’ll be sharing advice, tips, tricks and videos on how to look after your mental health. We’re also big fans of the Headspace app here, and think it’s packed full of great exercises and routines to help you unwind, de-stress and feel happier, which is why we’re giving away Headspace memberships throughout March too! Jump onto our Facebook page and you’ll see we’re running a competition to win an annual Headspace membership, all you need to do is share a photo of your happy place with us for your chance to win. It could be your favourite walking spot or even just your comfiest chair, we want to see what makes you happy!
