Bring Yoga, HIIT and Brio Cycle to the water this year; these fun and hardworking water workouts will get your heart racing and push your love for fitness further.
FloatFit HIIT is a fast-paced class based around high-intensity interval training; you can bring your love for HIIT to a whole new high with this fabulous workout. Try something new and push yourself even further, not only with HIIT but will using floats to increase muscle toning and trying to keep yourself up on the floats.
Bringing Yoga and Pilates to the water will test your core strength! It is a perfect way to try a different angle of these amazing fitness classes. Why not bring along a couple of friends for a fun angle to your favourite class.
Brio Cycle is one of our favourite fitness classes! We wanted to bring you Cycle with a twist – why not try Brio Cycle in the pool? With Aqua Cycle, you can cycle with more resistance and try a couple of different moves that will test your whole body strength!
