empowered through fitness: real stories from brio women

from first steps to big wins
Fitness is about more than just exercise—it’s about strength, confidence, and finding a community that lifts you up. At Brio, we see this daily as women push their limits, celebrate progress, and support each other. We spoke to some of the incredible women at our centres to hear what fitness means to them and their advice to others!
why fitness matters
Victoria - “It keeps me strong like a bull! Fitness helps me stick to a routine and maintain a healthy lifestyle.”
Suzanna - “A brisk walk in the morning sets my mindset for the day. Even when life is busy, I make time for myself.”
Cheryl - “As a Brio Cycle and Box instructor, I love seeing women push themselves and break records—girl power all the way!”
Amanda - “Fitness is about staying active while being part of a community. Socialising and working out go hand in hand.”
moments of strength
