Mum Mo Sampson knows the benefits keeping fit and healthy has on her family and work life.

A teaching assistant from Stockley Farm Park in Arley, Mo has joined in with the growing number of residents taking advantage of Northwich Memorial Court, our brand new state of the art leisure and entertainment centre.

“Feeling fit increases my energy levels at home and at work and also puts me in a good mood,” said Mo, 44, who lives at Kingsmead, Northwich, with husband Geoff and her two young children.

Originally from southern England the family relocated to Cheshire West and Chester through career opportunities. Before the Memorial Court opening they’d been members at another gym in Northwich.

“I enjoy all the facilities at Brio Leisure and in particular the fitness classes. The instructors are fantastic. My children love the pool and we’ve also tried the racquet sports at another Brio centre in Rudheath which was great.”

“People here are very friendly and it’s excellent value for money. There’s a good community feel and I’ve made new friends, who in many ways, have become part of my extended family.”
