Brand new gym equipment coming to Winsford Lifestyle Centre!10 Dec

Getting fit at Winsford Lifestyle Centre is going to get even better in the new year with the arrival of brand new gym equipment! We’re really pleased to announce that a selection of new kit will be arriving at the beginning of January, including:

Cardio:

• Power Mill
• Treadmills
• Flex Striders
• GX Rowing Machines
• Lifecycle GX Spin Bikes

Resistance Equipment:

• Synrgy 360T Versa
• Dual Adjustable Pulley Cable Machine
• Insignia Resistance Machines
• Power Plate
• Power Rack HD Elite

The Power Mills, Treadmills, and Flex Striders are come equipped with Discover tablets on them, so you can watch TV, take part in interactive trail runs, or use the internet while you work out!

You may recognise the Synrgy functional frame if you’ve used the gym in Northwich, Ellesmere Port, or Northgate Arena. This smaller version has a number of stations to work out your whole body, including TRX bands, T-bar, Kettlebells and more, making it a great addition to your gym workout.

We’ll be looking at the new equipment in more details over the next few weeks, so keep your eyes open!

No need to worry about postponing your ‘get fit’ New Years resolution either! While the gym will be closed for refurbishment, we’ll be providing a temporary gym in the Function Room. The installation will take place on the week commencing Monday 11 January and should take no more than 3 days. We’ll have more information about timings closer to the time, so check back for updates.

We’re really excited about the arrival of the new equipment, as they’re all excellent quality and you’ll see a big improvement in these over the current equipment, so we hope you enjoy using them!
