February half-term is a great time to explore and find lots of fun things to do with your family.
Cheshire has lots of fun activities for everyone to enjoy during the school break, like walks and pool parties. In this blog, we’ll highlight some of the best activities and attractions to make the most of your February half-term.
Delamere Forest:
Explore the stunning natural beauty of Delamere Forest with its scenic walking trails, cycling routes, and picturesque picnic spots. Delamere Forest is great for outdoor adventures, offering activities like Go Ape and Segway tours, perfect for families.
Beeston Castle:
Go up Beeston Castle, see the whole Cheshire countryside from this old hilltop fortress. Visit old ruins, discover the castle’s history, and enjoy family-friendly activities like archery and storytelling.
Sports Camp at Neston Recreation Centre:
If your kids are as passionate about sports as we are, then this camp is tailor-made for them! We’ve got Tennis, Volleyball, and Football, followed by a refreshing dip in the pool. Don’t forget to bring a packed lunch, plenty of beverages, your sports gear, and swimwear!
From Tuesday 20th Feb to Thursday 22nd Feb, there is a programme for 8-11 year olds from 10.00am to 4.00pm. It costs £25 per day or £65 for 3 days. Early drop off at 9.30am is available for an additional £2.
Brio’s Underwater Pool Party:
Have fun at a Brio pool party with a splashing underwater theme. Expect toys, floats, and lots of happiness!
£4.10 juniors, £6.70 adults.
Pre-booking is available. Pool party is only available at participating Brio pools!
