Brio Fitness is at the Heart of Good Health!

We all know that exercise is one of the keys to achieving a healthier lifestyle and that following a regular exercise programme can help to improve your physical, mental and even social wellbeing. It helps to make your heart work more effectively, can boost your confidence and can also help relieve everyday stresses and strains that can build up.

An induction session is provided for customers before using the gym for the first time. Let us find out about you, what you want to achieve and understand which equipment you will enjoy using. It may sound simple but understanding how to use the equipment correctly with the right posture can maximise the effectiveness of your workout and help you to reach those goals faster. We ask all gym users to wear clean trainers and appropriate clothing; bring a towel and a bottle of water as it is important stay hydrated whilst you’re working out. Don’t worry if you forget though - water and other refreshments are available to buy from our reception areas.



Brio Memberships are designed to suit everyone. Young, old or anywhere in between, we care about what our members are getting out of their memberships. We want everyone to get active, so have several different membership options available!
