Hi, I’m Dale!
I’m a huge lover of running – I’ve raced distances from 5ks to ultra marathons, so if you’re training for an event then I’m your guy! With my varied experience, I’ve developed techniques to help you train for your specific goal.
My experience in fitness stems from my time in the Royal Marines, where I learned the importance of developing your fitness. This was followed by university, where I learnt the science behind it all, and resulted in me deciding to get qualified and help people!
Qualifications:
Level 3 Personal Trainer, Kettlebell and Circuit Instructor
