We’re looking for people we can trust to feedback to us about the various service and experiences you have at each of our sites, whilst of course remaining undercover throughout! You’ll be reviewing all areas of our centres, but with a particular focus on swimming so make sure you’re comfortable in the pool and aqua classes!
Because this job is so important, you’ll be rewarded with our top class Premier Membership which will give you access to all 8 Brio Leisure centres across Cheshire West and Chester! You’ll be able to hit the gym, join in on over 500 weekly classes, dive into one of our 6 pools (you can even try out a flume or two!), and of course wind down in our spa facilities, where available. If that’s not enough, you can even use your membership to grab a friend and hit the courts during off-peak hours and bat away your worries with a game of badminton or squash.
Best of all…you’re going to get all of this for a whole year!
In return, there are a few things we’ll need you to do for us:
Read through the training pack in the Facebook files section
- Carry out 2 Mystery Visits every 3 months – An aqua class visit and a regular swimming session
- Complete a survey before and after each Mystery Visit (Remember to include your Volunteer ID in every survey so we know you’ve completed each visit!)
- Complete a very short monthly satisfaction survey about your visits in general.
We’ll also be managing this whole project via a private Facebook group, so you’ll need a Facebook page to participate!
Ready to dive in?
Send us an email with the subject “I’m ready to go undercover!” and include your full name, date of birth, gender, full address details, phone number and email address, and whether or not you’re a current Brio member. If you’re selected, we’ll get your membership set up, send you your Volunteer ID and you’re good to go!
We’ll be gathering details over the next few weeks, before we start sending out confirmation emails so don’t panic if you don’t hear back from us right away!
