Our new ticket booking system is now live!

To make sure we’re able to offer the best service possible, we’ve recently upgraded our ticket system. Booking tickets for our amazing line up of shows and events is now quicker and easier than ever with the introduction of TicketSource!

This new system includes loads of great new features such as the option to receive e-tickets, eliminating the need to print off your tickets. You’ll receive an email when you book, just bring your phone along with you when you arrive for the show, we’ll scan it and that’s it! As well as this there are also options for mobile tickets, Apple Passbook and posted tickets too.

TicketSource also gives you more flexibility when it comes to payment methods, including PayPal alongside major debit and credit cards.

The new system includes increased security functionality, and is optimised for mobile devices so it’s much easier to view. We’ll also be able to start developing offers and discounts too, so watch out for those coming soon!

As part of the new system there will be a few small changes to the fees and charges associated with ticket sales. There will be a small booking fee of 45p + 2.5% per ticket. However if yo wish to avoid this fee then you can always collect your tickets from the venue itself. There are also some small charges associated card processing, PayPal payments and postage.
