We love our music here at Northwich Memorial Court, from The Charlatans, to the opera – La Bohème! This May the music continues as The Chicago Blues Brothers take to the stage on 11 May!

The Blues Brothers have played a key part in American blues and soul music over the past number of decades, paying homage to the great musical legends of the genre of all time, and bringing their own unique sound and style.

From Saturday Night Live sketches, to two successful movies and a number of albums under their belt, The Blues Brothers entertained generations and brought together a collection of the most talented musicians.

Over the past number of years, productions have continued to celebrate The Blues Brothers’ legacy. The Chicago Blues Brothers joining us this May is an award winning spectacular, as well as Europe’s biggest and best-loved production of The Blues Brothers.

Currently touring across the UK and Ireland, this show takes you back in time to 1980, to finish the concert at the Palace Ballroom Hotel! Bursting with some of the most unforgettable classic hits, including songs by Aretha Franklin, James Brown Otis Reading to name a few!

Chris Hindle and Gareth Davey star as Jake and Elwood respectively, boasting talent and bringing their soul and energy to this incredible show. They will be backed by a phenomenal seven-piece live band and accompanied by two Hughley backing singers.

The cast pride themselves in making sure they accurately present the legacy and sounds of The Blues Brothers. The show’s impressive set was designed exclusively by Spanish artist Jordi Machi and has travelled far and wide to festivals, theatres and arenas all over the globe, and this May it arrives in Northwich!
