Get your little ones active this summer!3 Jul
This summer we’re shouting about junior fitness!
That’s right, this summer we’re focusing on the importance of getting kids of all ages active and fit! Regular physical exercise is something all kids should take part in because it’ll help ensure they maintain a healthy body weight, and develop strong and healthy muscles, bones and joints. Basically, exercise is good for growing bodies!
Getting them in the habit of exercising regularly now can build lifelong habits and set them up for a healthier, happier future.
We have two Junior memberships here at Brio so kids of all ages can get active with us.
For those aged 11 and under:
- Casual swimming at all Brio pools
- Off peak racquet sports
Swimming is one of the best exercises you can do, and for just £12.00 a month your little one can do it at any of our pools. Off peak racquet sports are also included so you can get the family together for a game of badminton and enjoy a bit of friendly competition!
For those ages 12-17:
- Use of Brio fitness classes (over 14’s only)
- Casual swimming at all Brio pools
- Use of gyms during supervised periods
- Off peak racquet sports
As well as swimming and racquet sports, those aged 12+ can workout in any of our gyms during their supervised hours, and those over 14 can take part in our fitness classes too. All this for just £16.00 per month!
That’s not all though, our FREE 7-day pass is also available to Juniors too! Press the button below to pick one up.
