In order to set up a Direct Debit online, you must be the account holder and be able to authorise Direct Debits on this account. If you are not the only signatory and the account holder on this account you will NOT be able to continue with this online application. Please visit one of our centres to complete a Direct Debit mandate and membership application form.
If you are signing up as a concession member, you will be asked to evidence your concession status eligibility. Failure to produce evidence within 30 days of joining will result in your membership rate changing to the full standard rate. Refund policy – You can cancel your membership within ten (10) days of the initial membership start date and we will refund any membership fees you have paid as long as we receive written notification from you within this timeframe and you have not used the centre/s. If you should choose to cancel your membership within the allotted 10 days, refund of the initial payment will be made by BACS to the account from which the payment was made. The refund will take no longer than 10 working days. To apply for a refund, please email us.
When joining the monthly Direct Debit Membership, your initial payment will include your pro rata payment (for the current month) plus the next calendar month’s fee (where appropriate), as specified in the Join online membership page.
On completion of the online joining process you will be sent two emails; one will welcome you to Brio Leisure and detail how to get started, and the other will detail your payment information.
