tips for quitting vaping
Ready to take back control of your health? In this video, we share 10 practical and effective tips to help you quit vaping for good. Whether you’re just starting to think about quitting or you’ve tried before, these strategies are designed to support you every step of the way.

exercise support
Conquer your cravings and boost your quit journey with the power of exercise. Physical activity is a proven tool for managing nicotine withdrawal, offering a distraction and releasing endorphins to combat stress and anxiety. Even short bursts of exercise, like a 5-minute walk, can significantly reduce cravings and improve your mood. For a more detailed guide on how exercise supports your quit, including strategies for staying motivated and information on a free 7-day gym pass, download our comprehensive document.

breathing exercises
Manage stress and cravings with deep breathing. It's a healthy way to calm anxiety, unlike cigarettes. Practice by inhaling through your nose, feeling your belly expand, and exhaling through pursed lips. Download our guide for details.

cravings tracker
Track your smoking urges this week. Note each time you crave or think of cigarettes: date, situation, craving strength, and how you coped. Record even brief thoughts. Download the tracking sheet.

nicotine storage
Proper storage of nicotine products isn’t just about organisation, it’s about safety. In this video, we break down the essential steps you can take to store nicotine products responsibly and reduce the risk of accidental exposure, especially for children and pets.
