Don’t worry if you’re not ready to come back to our centres, we understand!
That’s why we’re allowing all of our members to keep their memberships frozen for up to another three months.
As an existing member, you’ll have already received our letter explaining how we’re reopening and all the changes you’ll need to be aware of, but if you’re looking to hold off returning, that’s okay!
If you pay monthly, to avoid a payment being taken in September, you can use the online form below up until midnight on Monday 24 August to freeze your membership, alternatively, you can call your local centre by Saturday 29 August and freeze over the phone. This gives you the chance to try out our new ways of working out before you decide if it’s right for you. You can even try us out for the whole of July and August and still choose to freeze for up to 3 months. Likewise, if you have prepaid for a year, you can freeze and unfreeze as you wish, we’ll just alter the expiry date of your membership accordingly.
You can unfreeze again as soon as you’re ready to come back by contacting your local centre here, otherwise, your membership is due to reactivate in three months.
Whilst your membership is frozen, don’t forget you can still access all of our Facebook and YouTube workouts to try out at home.
