The health suite is available at Winsford Lifestyle Centre and consists of a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Northgate Arena houses a sauna and steam room and Moss Farm Leisure Complex is home to a sauna to help you relax and forget about those everyday stresses and strains.

Why not relax in the health suite, sauna or steam room after a workout - the perfect way to cool down and unwind. Situated by the main swimming pools these facilities operate on a mixed gender basis and are available to anyone over the age of 17. Customers are welcome to use them on a pay as you go basis but don't forget they are also included in our Brio Premier Membership! For more information visit our Memberships page.
