Swimming is a great way to start exercise and get into fitness. It can help you to tone up, improve your flexibility and really strengthen your heart and lungs.
It’s also fantastic exercise for burning those calories. Training at a medium intensity for 30 minutes can burn up to 200 calories. Because it’s a low impact activity, swimming is a good all round exercise that can be enjoyed by anyone from babies to grandparents.
