Badminton
As a great way of keeping fit and having fun with friends, badminton is reowned for being one of the most exciting racquet sports.
No matter what your fitness level, badminton is the perfect way to start playing racquet sports because it can be enjoyed by everyone no matter what age or ability. The racquets and shuttles are extremely light and the game allows you to set your own pace to enjoy a gentler more relaxed session, or for those with a bit more energy you might want to spend things up a little bit.
Whatever level you choose to play at, badminton provides a great workout for the whole body due to large number of movements that the game demands including leaps, lunges, twists, turns and stretches.

Want to get back in to badminton? Fancy just giving it a go for the first time? No Strings Badminton offers coaching sessions aimed at adult beginners. Whether you play socially, haven't hit a shuttle since school or have never picked up a racquet, come and have a go! Only £3.50 per session!
