Casual Positions

We are always looking to recruit staff on a casual basis, to work as and when they may be required. Whether it’s a lifeguard, instructor, sports attendant, cleaner or reception staff casual members of staff play a key role in the operation of Brio Leisure.

Group Fitness Class Instructors

At the moment we have a number of opportunities across our centres for qualified Fitness Instructors - in particular we want to hear from those who have qualifications and experience in high impact ETM, Aerobics, Zumba, Body Pump, and Spinning.

Swimming Teachers

We're recruiting in: Chester, Christleton, Ellesmere Port, Neston, Northwich & WInsford.

We are looking for ASA qualified Level 1 & 2 Swimming Teachers to help us provide the highest quality swimming lessons and aquatic sessions for people of all ages and abilities.

We're looking for people with good communication skills who are able to deliver the ASA National Plan for Teaching Swimming. So if you are passionate, highly motivated, have a love of swimming and are interested in joining a dedicated team then we would love to meet you!
