Gymnastics
Why walk when you can cartwheel?
Gymnastics is a fun activity that can help to build physical strength, flexibility, co-ordination, balance and a passion for sport from a young age. Frodsham Leisure Centre & Woodford Lodge Sports Centre operate regular weekly sessions for all aspects of gymnastics for children aged 5 years and over. A waiting list does apply at Frodsham Leisure Centre so please call them directly for information.
During the school holidays Stanney Oaks Leisure Centre & Neston Recreation Centre run a variety of sports courses including Gymnastics. Look out in the Holiday Fun section of the website for more information on course dates and details.
