Junior Fitness

Brio Leisure understands the importance of staying active whilst you're young. Getting into the right fitness habits as children means you are more likely to continue with these habits as you grow up.

We strive to make our activities accessible for all. All children are welcomed and encouraged to take part in all activities. Carers and parents are welcome to attend our sessions too. Should your child / children need any additional support please call your local Brio facility to discuss in further detail.

Regular junior fitness activities include:
