Brio Leisure Fitness understands the importance of staying active whilst you’re young. Getting into the right fitness habits as children means you are more likely to continue with these habits as you grow up, and learning about proper nutrition and lifestyle choices early on will help our children to grow into healthy young adults.
Junior Gym allows anyone aged 12 years and over to access any of our supervised gyms by themselves, up to 6.00pm.
