Brio Fitness understands the importance of staying fit whilst you're young, the difficulties with getting into shape, and how important exercise can be when recovering from illness or injury. With this in mind, we run specially designed sessions to help people in these situations.
The Health and Wellbeing Programme helps those who are at risk of ill health, by providing them access to a more active lifestyle. With a variety of healthy activities to keep you fighting fit, you'll be feeling great in no time at all.
Junior Gym Use and Teen Fit ensures that young people are able to use our fitness facilities. Getting into the right fitness habits from a young age means you're far more likely to continue these habits when you're older, keeping you fit and healthy no matter what age you are!
And finally, we're very excited to announce that we'll be running the Weight Loss Guru Programme at four of our sites. Run by a dedicated pactitioner, the course was constructed by life coach and TV personality Pete Cohen. There are no rules, just tools that will help you break bad habits and change your eating to ensure you live a healthier, more active life.
