Junior Gym allows anyone over the age of 12 to access the gym with a parent or guardian who is 18 years and over. Teen Fit includes specially supervised sessions for anyone aged 12 – 15 years who want to keep active on their own or with friends and maybe do some special training for the school sports day! Using a combination of cardiovascular and resistance exercises, Teen Fit is a fun and social introduction to the fitness lifestyle.
