If working out in the gym isn’t really your thing, Brio Fitness has a variety of different classes to suit all ages, abilities, tastes and energy levels.
As well as dedicated junior only classes such as Street Dance, Zumbatomics & Cheerleading, young people aged 14 years and over are welcome to join in the fun with our more adult based classes too! Metafit is the 30 minute workout you'll be feeling for the following 24 hours, and is designed to seriously change your body.
Metafit combines combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest interval and Tabata techniques to set your metabolism on fire! The class is designed to change your resting metabolism and work on big muscle groups in high intensity intervals to get quick and impressive results.
