New fitness classes for you!

We launched our new fitness class timetable this month and we’re so excited about it! All centres are running some new sessions, but below we’ve got some of the top new classes we wanted to shout about!

Strala Yoga – Northgate Arena

We’re so excited about this one! Combining the moving and healing principles of Tai Chi and Shiatsu, Strala Yoga will help lead you to a stronger, healthier body. You’ll move like water, flowing through various poses and movements that’ll leave you feeling refreshed, revitalised and full of energy. If you’re a fan of our mind & body classes then this revolutionary new take on Yoga is definitely one you’ll want to try!

Aqua Dance – Ellesmere Port Sports Village

This class offers great cardio and body toning benefits while giving you an alternative way to workout in the pool! We know that swimming lengths or running swim exercises isn’t everyone’s idea of fun, so Aqua Dance has been introduced to satisfy those of you that need a bit of rhythm and fun in your workouts! Set to great tunes, this class will have you dancing against the resistance of the water ensuring you leave every session feeling the burn!

Tai Chi – Winsford Lifestyle Centre

Not only is this a new fitness class for us, it’s also an ancient art! Tai Chi is a calming way to relieve stress and anxiety, and has been described as a form of “meditation in motion”. It teaches you the movements of several defence techniques but with a focus on breathing and smooth movement, meaning you’ll reap spiritual as well as fitness benefits.

Pilates – Christleton Sports Centre

Due to popular demand, we’ve added an extra session of Pilates! This class improves strength, flexibility and agility while focusing on your core muscles, mind and body. It’ll leave your abs and stomach feeling sore, but you’ll learn to love that!

BODYCOMBAT Express – Northwich Memorial Court

We’ve added another session of the most popular martial arts group fitness classes in the world! Take out the days stress by striking, punching and kicking your way through those calories!
